What happened to the ultimate megaman online and/or the megaman x9 game?

Ive been thinking this through, and did some research... However, I havent found anything about the game, if it was canceled or either only got published in Japan and we had no warnings...
Well, I think I only thought of that now, but, I had asked our old friend Joe the Ace and he said he didnt even know if the game had ben launched yet. The megaman game developers are wasting our time, as well as they have now published megaman x9, lets get to remind them! Get into a capcom forum discussion to tell them, i cant wait no longer for megaman x9 or megaman online! >:(

I dont really like the megaman zero idea though :/

Facebook disconnection?

I always log into my facebook account , almost everyday, well, i use skype as well, but only for my gameplays, so my friends could say in the video too. As you can see, facebook is now having an error of instant disconnections during the chat or by posting something, Then the internet crashes. It also happens with skype, when youre using facebook, It says on the screen: "skype call plugins have stopped working, do you wish to close the program?" , either if you click yes or no, facebook will lag as crap.
